Scovell with Notice from the Court at Windsor that the Quarantine Stations in Scotland had changed from Carsthorn and Cromarty Bay to Holy Lock (sic) and Inverkeithing Bay respectively. There is no mention of Scottish disinfection ports in ‘Disinfected Mail’ by K.F. Meyer. Paper watermarked crowned Britannia. Good condition but disbound at left margin.
